We use your information to process contractor requests, match you with qualified contractors, schedule appointments, track project progress, and communicate with you about your project. Contractor information is used to verify credentials and manage referrals.
We share your contact and project information with the assigned contractor so they can perform the work. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share homeowner contact details with contractors who are not assigned to your project.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and assigned contractors only.

Contractor applications and performance data are kept confidential. Contractors can only see referrals assigned to them and cannot access other contractors' information, customer financial details, or internal administrative notes.
